Hello Mike,

I just wanted to thank you again for offering an insightful, entertaining, and most importantly an extremely helpful presentation on dating, communication, and respect.  You made so many valid and affirming points, and my sense is that your message resonated with the audience.

As I expressed to you after the talk, I believe that by you opening the door, it will enable our Airmen to more often come forward and ask for help from our Mental Health Clinic, in addition to the SAPR office.

Keep up the good work. Your sincerity and commitmemnt to this cause are inspiring.  Please feel free to let me know if you have any suggestions as to how I may be more helpful to our troops in my role as a Clinical Psychologist working in the Nellis AFB Mental Health Clinic.

Laughter filled the Base Chapel as Marines and sailors experienced a unique sexual assault prevention training April 30.  Mike Domitrz, executive director of The Date Safe Project, gave a presentation called “Can I Kiss You?” twice last week Friday, as an interactive form of sexual assault prevention training for service members.

Recruiting volunteers from the audience, Domitrz, of Milwaukee, discussed various issues related to sex and dating. The author of “May I Kiss You?: A Candid Look at Dating, Communication, Respect and Sexual Assault Awareness,” Domitrz has been speaking for about 20 years.
