This is definetly not the way someone should act on a date.

I was in Miami, FL for the summer visiting family and friends. My best friend, Giselle, thought it would be a swell idea to introduce me to a friend of hers, Chris, so I would have someone as a summer fling. So Giselle, her date, *Xavier*, her sister Lisette, her date and Chris and myself went out to eat at T. G. I. Fridays. Everything was going well until he decided to be cooler than everyone else. He spent the majority of the time bragging about how he drank an entire bottle of Bacardi by himself. All I kept on thinking about was that this kid was an alcoholic.  Giselle's date ordered a beer, you know something light that would compliment his food. Now Chris had ordered some real strong drink and he started to make fun of *Xavier* about how he could not hold his alcohol because all he ordered was one beer. He then continued to talk about how he drank the entire bottle of Bacardi. At this point I am just rolling my eyes at everything he is saying. Then when our food got to the table things got interesting. Chris ate so fast that I don't even think he took a breath. He kept on looking over at my plate while I ate. There is nothing more that I hate that while I am eating someone is oggling my food. I think the only reason he didn't stick his hand into my food was that Giselle told him before hand to not even try it. he also precedded to have the clown that was there make me a balloon animal. A balloon animal that I would have to walk around with, in the mall, while we went to Dave and Busters. He just did not use his noggin that one. He also kept on texting me during dinner asking "are you having fun"?, "are you ok"? Lets just say that went on for the entire night. I don't think I have ever been on a worse date.

Reporter needs advice for the dating public on how to have good manners on a date.  Any behavior you should especially avoid? How can you learn which fork to use when? I'm also interested in real-life stories about bad manners on dates -- yours or your date's. We will want to use your real name, but your date may remain anonymous. This is for an online dating magazine.
