After I first went to the "Can I Kiss You" show, I called up my on-and-off boyfriend from home and told him about it, mentioning teasingly how he never said anything like that. We were not dating, at the time, so he laughed it off, saying he'll keep that in mind, and he's glad I told him about it. 

A few days later, he called me, and towards the end of the conversation, he asked me if I had heard of the song, "Kiss you through the phone." I said I had (I don't live under a rock, was my real response), and he laughed and said, "Well, how about this? Can I Kiss you... through the phone?" That was his clever way of asking to get back together. 

You can probably guess my pleased response to that. 

Thank you for giving my boyfriend a great new pick-up line, and a lot more respectful maturity.
