I work with a church youth group, and i've been asked quite a few questions about dating, sex, and respect. Since seeing the presentation, i've sent quite a few teens out here, and they found it very helpful.  thanks for coming out to my college and giving me a good wrd to spread!

Cool

How inspirational and informational! Presentation was perfectly honed to captivate our age group - really left an impression on me. Thank you for learning from your experience and turning it around to help others.

I really liked this presentation because I think guys really need to learn to just ask a girl before he decides to do anything.  It's not awkward, and it doesn't ruin the mood if he knows how to do it right.  My boyfriend asked me the first time, and I'm glad he did because I was shy and uncomfortable and I wasn't sure how I was supposed to react if he suddenly decides to lay one on me.  We've built a long and strong relationship just after that one little decision he made.  That's the backbone and secret to a lasting relationship---respect.  People usually get into silly arguments just because of the lack of communication, and we've been able to avoid many because of our honesty.  Thanks for coming to UAlbany!

I LOVED the presentation. It was fun and insrtuctional. I've heard some of the things said there before, but never really listened. The way it was presented at "Can I Kiss You?" definately got the message through better. I also got asked by a guy to kiss me the next day. It really does work lol.

Four years ago I attended "Can I kiss you?" for the first time.  That night my roommate (who I'd known for like a week) opened the door for me.  That was an incredibly powerful experience.  (for the complete story check out the survivors section).  Now, even 4 years later we both remember that day and the impact it had on our lives.  So, while you remember the importance of asking first, don't forget the other important part of Mike's message, opening the door.

I could quote statistics for you, but I won't.  Just know, that if you've lived long enough to make it to college, chances are high that some one you know is a survivor. Open the door for them and make a difference in both your lives.

Teachers need to practice what they preach, so after seeing your presentation I took up your challenge.  After not seeing my girlfriend for two months (and a ton can change in two months) I asked permission before we kissed.  Definitely the right decision; her eyes lit up with unexpected joy.

The presentation changed my life and many people iv'e seen around. I have heard people asking “may I kiss you?”  The presentation was very funny and loved every second of it and I wish many other people could see it and learn the right way to do things with the opposite sex.

loved the presentaion, thought it was awesome! The skits you acted out were hysterical, but SO true, also you definitely made an impression on some of the males in the freshman class cause i've heard through the grape vine and from friends that the question "can i kiss you?" has been asked quite a bit!
