You Can Make A Difference In Your Community!

Would you like to make an even bigger impact in your community? Would you like to help end sexual assault by teaching teens about consent, respect and bystander intervention? If you answered, “YES!”, then our K-12 Certification is the program for you (http://www.datesafeproject.org/k12training/).

Our K-12 Certification is an AMAZING program that helps bring The DATE SAFE Project’s “Can I Kiss You” program to your local middle schools and high schools by licensing YOU to be a presenter. The online course and Online Training Center will give YOU the precise skills and script necessary to present the message of consent, respect and healthy relationships to teens in your community.

Why did we create this special certification program 3 years ago? Since many middle schools and high schools do not have a budget to fly Mike in to speak, he wanted to create a way more people could spread the message to this specific group – students middle school through high school – at no cost to the schools. To help achieve this goal, each person who joins the program agrees not to charge schools for the presentations (some individuals who have received our certification do seek funding through sources other, such as grants).

This special certification program is for those people and organizations whom want to make a powerful and positive impact in their local middle schools and high schools – who want to help students live with more respect for themselves and their partners in relationships and in any potential intimacy.

“I can’t recall an assembly that was more well received on such a relevant topic to the lives of young people in my 29 years in public education. . . The results of evaluations that our students completed following this assembly were overwhelming in evoking pledges of positive behavioral change. I think this was a ‘wake up call.’” ~ Michael J. Droll, Tipton High School (IA)

What happens after you complete the online K12 Certification? You will have 24/7 full access to over 80 videos in our Online Training Center that will help you with anything that will come up during these presentations. Not only will you get to master the material, you will be able to become a better presenter as well! Plus, you will be able to share and ask questions with other certified presenters in the Online Training Center’s forum.

SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY!! We are also excited to announce our next in-person training is November 10th and 11th, 2015. Join “Can I Kiss You” creator Mike Domitrz as he covers everything you need to know about HOW to present the program. Mike will hold nothing back as he dives deep sharing how-to skill sets for engaging students, including potential hecklers in the room. By the end of the 2 day live-training, every attendee will have been given some personalized feedback from Mike.

For more info on both the online training and the live in-person training, please visit http://www.datesafeproject.org/k12training/. If you sign up by August 21st, you will receive a free 20-minute phone consultation with Mike Domitrz after you complete the training – to ask any questions you have or to better hone a skill you want to work on.
