Middle schools, high schools, and universities need to be having these conversations to build a culture of respect and for reducing sexual violence of all kinds: sexual assault, rape, and sexual harassment. We must teach consent education in sex education; bystander intervention, and supporting survivors of sexual assault. Moms and Dads need to be having these conversations with their sons and daughters.
