Teens: “No is Never Mean” especially with Sex and Consent

“No is Never Mean or Rude” especially with Sex and Consent – discussed by dating expert and speaker, Mike Domitrz with The DATE SAFE Project.

In this video, discover why saying “No” is caring, honest, and respectful. This is not about rejection – it is about choice. Parents (Moms and Dads), educators, leaders, teens, pre-teens, and people of all ages should know the content of this video. Middle schools, high schools, and universities should be sharing this video with students of all genders, expressions, identities, and sexual orientation. To reduce sexual violence of all kinds (sexual assault, sexual harassment, and rape), we need to create a culture of respect by asking first. We need to teach sex education that includes consent, bystander intervention, and supporting survivors

P.S. This video is part of a series Mike is doing. EVERY DAY in February we launch a new video as part of recognizing February as “Teen Dating Violence Awareness & Prevention Month.”
